Volunteer Management Training

Kildare Volunteer Centre intends to run our successful Volunteer Management Training course twice in 2010. The Training takes place in 4 modules over four mornings and provides participants with the skills and tools to implement best practice in working with volunteers.
Module 1.
Aim: To plan for volunteer involvement and design volunteer roles
Module 2.
Aim: To explore best practice for recruitment, selection and induction of volunteers for your organisation
Module 3.
Aim: To provide participants with an understanding of the role and importance of support and supervision when managing volunteers
Module 4.
Aim: To give participants the knowledge and tools to design and implement a volunteer policy.
